Terms and Conditions of Sale – Vitaa+

Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern sales made on the Vitaa+ website, edited by Vitaa+ Nutrition, whose registered office is located at [to be completed]. They define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of dietary supplements, including the adaptogenic anti-stress drink mix, offered on the site www.vitaaplus.com.

Article 2 - Prices

Displayed prices: Prices are expressed in dollars ($), all taxes included (VAT included), excluding delivery fees.
Additional costs: Shipping, order processing fees, as well as any local taxes or customs duties remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment in euros: All orders must be paid in euros, regardless of the country of origin.
Price modification: Vitaa+ Nutrition reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

⚠️ Ownership of the products is transferred to the buyer after full payment. However, the risks related to loss or deterioration are transferred upon delivery.

Article 3 - Orders

Orders are placed exclusively online at www.vitaaplus.com.
Contractual information is presented in French.
Vitaa+ Nutrition reserves the right to refuse an order in case of previous disputes, manifest error, or stock shortage.

Article 4 - Order Validation

Any order validation implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Once confirmed, the order constitutes a sales contract.
A summary and a copy of the Terms and Conditions are sent by e-mail after validation.

Article 5 - Payment

Accepted payment methods: Credit card via a secure platform (Stripe or equivalent).
Debit: The amount is charged at the time of order validation.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal and '30-Day Money-Back Guarantee'

6.1 Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with applicable law (Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code), you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification.

Products must be returned unopened, in their original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are made within 14 days from receipt of the return.

Exceptions:
- Opened or used products.
- Personalized or sealed products for hygiene reasons.

6.2 '30-Day Money-Back Guarantee'
Vitaa+ offers a commercial guarantee of '30-Day Money-Back'. The customer may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Defective or non-compliant product: 100% refund.
- General dissatisfaction: Refund between 30% and 70% depending on the condition of the product and supporting evidence provided.

To initiate a request: send an email to contact@vitaaplus.com within 30 days of receipt.

Article 7 - Availability

Products are offered within the limits of available stock.
In case of unavailability, the customer will be notified by e-mail. The amount paid will be refunded without delay.

Article 8 - Delivery

Delivery to the address provided at the time of the order.
Deadlines are specified before validation. In case of delay, an email will be sent to the customer.
In case of absence or incorrect address, Vitaa+ cannot be held responsible.

Article 9 - Legal Warranty

All products benefit from the legal warranties of conformity (Articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

Article 10 - Liability

Vitaa+ Nutrition cannot be held liable:
- In case of non-compliance with local legislation in the delivery country.
- For non-compliant use of the product.
- For technical disruptions related to the Internet network or third parties.
- For misuse of dietary supplements, including excessive consumption or use contrary to recommendations on the packaging.

Article 11 - Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Paris.

Article 12 - Intellectual Property

All elements present on the site www.vitaaplus.com (texts, photos, videos, logo, design) are the exclusive property of Vitaa+ Nutrition.
Any reproduction, even partial, without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 13 - Personal Data

The data collected is used only in the context of order management.
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data.

Article 14 - Archiving and Proof

Orders and invoices are archived in a secure system. They constitute legal proof in the event of a dispute.
